The Postgraduate Teaching and Research program is open to graduates from a variety of disciplines including physiology, psychology, neuroscience, genetics, nursing, epidemiology, public health, social work, anatomy, biological sciences as well as clinical medicine. Research degreesThe following research degrees are available through research conducted within the School of Psychiatry and Clinical Neurosciences: You do not have to be a medical graduate to enrol in a PhD in the School. Graduates in a variety of disciplines (psychology, epidemiology, public health, genetics, social work, nursing, pharmacology, biological sciences, physiology, anatomy) can enrol in a PhD provided the proposed research is related to the general area of mental health.
